1. Overview
HyTrack (“the app”) is developed and operated by Verto Studios. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control or delete it. If you have questions, email support@hytrack.vertostudios.com.
2. Data We Collect
Account data
Name and email address provided when you create an account.
Training data
Session logs you create: GPS run data (distance, pace, route, elevation), HYROX station times and weights, strength exercise sets, RPE scores, and session notes.
Device and usage data
Crash reports, performance metrics, and anonymised usage analytics collected via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events.
Purchase data
Subscription status and entitlement state managed by RevenueCat. We do not store or process payment card details — these are handled by Apple.
Location data
GPS coordinates are collected during active outdoor run sessions. Location data is only recorded when you explicitly start a run. You can deny location permission at any time in your iPhone Settings.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the core training logging and tracking features of the app
- To power the AI Load Balancer analysis of your training history
- To sync your sessions across devices when you are signed in
- To manage your subscription entitlement via RevenueCat
- To improve app performance and fix bugs using anonymised crash data
- To respond to your support requests
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your training data for advertising purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
Supabase
Stores your account and training data on secure cloud servers.
RevenueCat
Manages subscription state and purchase verification. Does not receive training data.
Vercel Analytics
Collects anonymised page and performance metrics for the app and this website.
Apple
Processes all in-app purchase payments. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment data.
5. Data Retention
Your account and training data are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time.
- Delete account: Open HyTrack → Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Export data: Available for Pro subscribers in Settings → Export Data
- Cancel subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → HyTrack

7. Children's Privacy
HyTrack is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will delete it promptly.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or via email. Continued use of HyTrack after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
